I really wish I knew what to do to get my spirits up. I know I keep promising new/more frequent content and I’m really trying to gain the motivation. I’m going to be slightly transparent; I’m not feeling desirable. I feel rejected by anyone’s I’ve ever tried to love. These are issues within myself that I go to therapy every week to try and resolve.. but of course things are never that bad when I have a therapy appointment. I leave the appointment feeling refreshed only to plummet hours later. Despite doing therapy off and on for years and serious compound mental health diagnoses on BOTH sides of my family.. being told I’m the most sane of all of them is nice.. and regardless of if I have a chemical imbalance… I was raised in that kind of environment. I don’t know stability & now that my life is stable.. I feel sick. I feel comfortable.. but lost. I’m grateful for what I have but idk how to start this new chapter of figuring out who I really am, what I really want, and how I can mend some unresolved issues I’m battling internally.
