I remember, a week or 2 after my first injection of male hormone blockers, I had my first orgasm on HRT. It felt weird, different... It kinda felt like a ruined orgasm. Longer, but strange, not like how it used to feel.
But what made me panick on that day was that there is no sperm. No cummies at all. I strted to question if I even had an orgasm or not.
And some strange sense of guilt or doubt crawls in your mind. This is why they highly recommend you to freeze sperm before you transition. You might not want them now, but you don't know what you will be like in a couple years time. So I also, highly recommend doing that if you plan on transitioning.
The next couple of orgasms are a little bit better.
I discovered that vibrations are a lot more pleasurable.
Erections still happen, but only when deeply arroused. Spontanious erections are completly gone. Your sexdrive will also decrease a lot, if not completly dissapear.
For me, I think my sexdrive has been zero for a year, and has now been recovered to the same as before. I am a horny slut again haha :)
Orgasms are weird at the start but they feel amazing now.
It's kinda like what guys known to be a ruined orgasm. You're shaking, it lasts so much longer, but the intensity is still very high.
But I don't really crave orgasms like I used to.
