🛖Well a here's an update on the project that was keeping me busy for the past 3 month. This was a small shell of a house the was not lived in since 1998. Basicly it had been gutted and left sitting. So I bought it and with the help of 2 other people, gave it new life. Added a deck and drainage system, Insulation, electric, plumbing, drywall and flooring, and some nice used appliances. Today the real estate photographer is scheduled to come and take the pictures for the sale listing. 🎁Don't miss the hidden surprise in the pictures lol.🏚
