I unfortunately had to suddenly wean off of the medication I'd been taking for 9 months and the withdrawal kinda knocked me on my ass. BUT this is a good thing because my lack of stuffing/bloating content lately has been thanks to said meds making me sick. Back to regular schedule for next week
